What is the key to arms looking defined you ask....
Shave them of course!!
I just caught Dan shaving his arms. It was his big thing last year...he always wanted me to check out his forearms...yeah baby!! I'm still not convinced, I will continue to let my leg hairs go wild!!
Anyway, it cracks me up...I don't know how a construction worker can be so metro!!

so i just happened to click on your mom's blog and i read her 100 things. She is the funniest person. She was always so quiet when she came to get physical therapy, i never knew she had a funny side to her like that.

Ok that is funny because the only guys I know that shave there arms,chest,legs are Dan,Derek,and Nate... Except for now I have two boys that thought it would be cool to shave there legs while we were in Cali.. I know where they got it from must be Hereditary???
I can't remember if it was Austin or Dan that said someone got a picture (I can't remember the whole story) of Derek shaving his legs with Celeste and Kristy while you guys were river rafting. Dan doesn't shave his legs, but he DOES shave his arms...weird!
We were having a shaving party in the River and Derek was apart of it. I tried to get Austin to shave his legs but he said he wasn't a girl so I am sure he is laughing his head off that his boys shaved their legs.. It was pretty funny when I asked which one shaved there legs and they both said they did.
