I've been meaning to post pictures of Ellie's big girl bed for some time now, but I haven't gotten around to it. I just bought her bed spread and sham yesterday at T.J. Maxx...it was a steal of a deal. Ellie loves it too, she told me last night that her bed was comfortable (she's been using the excuse that OUR bed was comfortable and hers wasn't).
Last night around midnight, I had just gotten in bed. Dan was rambling in his sleep, and I guess Ellie had walked in the room. She said, "Scoot over, I'm tired!"
I guess her bed wasn't "that comfortable"!!
The pictures aren't the greatest...I need to charge my camera's battery...thank goodness for Picassa.

That is such a cute room! You did a really good job! Sam still comes into our room around 4 in the morning saying there are dinosauers in his bed so he doesn't have any room to sleep! There is just something about mom and dad's bed! I love the room!
LOL Katie...Sam's smart...there definitely would NOT be any room in his bed if there were dinosaurs in it!!
That's a very cute room! Did you paint it? I love to paint, but NOT the edges or corners. I save those for Trent (I painted our walls 2 years ago upstairs and they are still waiting for Trent to finish them up!) Ellie's a cutie!

Carlie, actually my mom painted them for me while I was big and preggo (we were still living in Logan). Ellie's room is by far my favorite.
As for painting corners and edges, I was helping Dan's cousin's wife paint her daughter's room, and she had a cool, little flat thing (I don't even know what it is called...lol), you just dipped it in paint, and run it around the edges. I did still prefer to use the roller though...

What a cute room. I've foundt that it doesn't matter how "comfortable" we make their room somehow it's just not as great as ours.
