Really, they do. I'm doing my fieldwork in a third grade class this semester, and I swear every single boy smells like dirt and sweat!! BLECH!! I need some mints to stick up my nose or something....(dry heave).
I love you! You are hilarious! I miss you so much. Easter was good, considering we live in Alabama, so we are away from our fam. How are thing going for you guys? I am so glad you are finally teaching. I was supposed to graduate this semester but we had to move. I have been pretty bummed about it this week actually. I really wanted to walk with all the friends I made in my major. Your little girl is so freaking cute. Has your smile for sure!
Lol. I totally know what you mean. It's that "outside" stinky smell... like dried sweat! Ewe. I hate that smell. It's probably a lot worse having to smell it on kids that you don't even know.
That poor baby! I feel bad for her. She is adorable though! Sorry about all your drama on easter that sucks. I am glad it all worked out. Your cake...oh sad. I am glad you had two, good job planning ahead! And yes, boys stink! I always struggled with the 18-24 mo. class my brother n law taught, because the kids always smelled like syrup, I just couldn't hack it.

I'd have to agree with Julie...my boy's don't stink either..call me bias but I gotta say that cuz I'm out numbered @ my house 4 to 3 ! (even though we all know they do!) except baby's ...they only start to stink when they turn 3 or got that "shmell" in they diaper! LOL! you're great Katy...you always got me entertained when I read yo' posts! keep em commin' girl!
Marla, I did fifth grad last semester...maybe since it was a bit cooler outside it wasn't AS bad!! You gotta love those smelly boys...even when their moms are in denial!! :P

That sweaty puppy smell is the WORST!!! I agree with Meagan because I can't stand the smell on my kids so I couldn't deal with it on other kids!

Little boys have a very distinct smell!
Boys are stinky! I was in cub scouts for a long time. I should have put mints up my nose!
